During his undergraduate program while at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Padmore received a divine inspiration to raise young servant-leaders in all spheres of profession and sectors of the nation and world, with integrity, a spirit of excellence, and to be positive change agents and catalysts in their societies.

Padmore heeded to this divine call and registered Tasso Patttern of Leadership Organization (T-POLO) in 2015 , and has since then built a team of committed young people, who have been actively working with him to raise many leaders till date.

In it's current 10th year of existence, T-POLO has imparted and raised many leaders through its outreach programs to Primary Schools, Senior High Schools and Forster Homes in the Western and Greater Accra Regions.

A number of noteworthy activities have been slated to mark this 10 years of impact. The 10th Anniversary Celebration will be climaxed with the maiden edition of The High School Leaders Conference (HSLC) to train and equip young leaders with essential leadership knowledge and skills to lead and make positive impact in their schools.
